Mushroom and Tofu toast

Slice a loaf sourdough of 1.5cm thick

Brush it with some rapeseed oil and grill it on the BBQ or toast it in the oven (220C for 6-8 minutes)

Season your mushrooms with the rapeseed oil and salt 10min prior cooking it

Then grill it on the BBQ or bake it in the oven for 20-30min at 220C

To Plate: spread 2tbsp of herbal spread on your toast, then depose the grilled mushrooms, then garnish it with the wasabi rocket, you can add some flower as well
