Refund policy

 

Reporting issues with your order and refund policy

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if items are defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To notify us of an issue, please email daniel@cratetoplate.farm with a picture of the incorrect items. If possible (subject to harvest and stock), we will deliver you any missing item. If not, we will refund you for the missing item.

Return policy 

Because our products are perishable goods (fresh food), we cannot accept returns.
