Our Toscano Kale is not like traditional Kale - the leaves and the stem are soft, so you can simply add it raw to any leafy salad.
It is also delicious cooked - just pan-fry it with a bit of butter or oil to enjoy a slightly crispy texture and incredible flavour.

We only start harvesting your fresh produce and making your fresh sauces after receiving your order – we do not have stock ready to go in a warehouse.
Similarly, if you've ordered any sourdough bread, our partners at Layers Bakery will bake everything fresh after your order is received – a process which takes 48 hours.
Therefore, we typically need a few days to get everything ready for you. We will deliver between 3 and 7 days after you make your order.
When you make an order, we will email you the next day with a confirmed delivery day, and will email you again on the delivery day as a reminder.
