Method

Dice the bread, season it with some rapeseed oil and salt, and roast in the oven until golden, 220C for 30minutes.

Pick the basil and deep fried it at 160C, season with the salt straight after the cooking process.

Roast your pinenut in a pan until light golden brown.

Pick and wash the lettuces.

Make some cheese shavings.

To plate it, in a bowl, pull 2/3 of the dressing bottle with the cheese , add the lettuce and gently fold it in the mix.

Then add your pinenuts and crouton and fried basil.

Garnish it with some microgreens.
