Basil is known for being difficult to store and transport, which is why the quality you find in supermarkets can be quite poor and can vary throughout the year.
Our Basil has the same incredible freshness, flavour and aroma all year round.

We only start harvesting your fresh produce and making your fresh sauces after receiving your order – we do not have stock ready to go in a warehouse.
Similarly, if you've ordered any sourdough bread, our partners at Layers Bakery will bake everything fresh after your order is received – a process which takes 48 hours.
Therefore, we typically need a few days to get everything ready for you. We will deliver between 3 and 7 days after you make your order.
When you make an order, we will email you the next day with a confirmed delivery day, and will email you again on the delivery day as a reminder.
