These mushrooms, grown year-round in indoor farms, have exceptional flavour and a lovely, meaty texture.
By growing indoors, without soil, we produce the same quality year-round, and our mushrooms have no dirt or grit to remove before cooking. In addition, they retain less water, which means you don’t lose as much weight during cooking.
